When people think about Las Vegas, they usually think about casinos, shows, and nightlife.
We think about breakfast.
And every time we visit Las Vegas, there’s one restaurant that always makes our list…
Sadelle’s at the Bellagio.
We’ve eaten here multiple times, and every visit reminds us why it’s become one of our favorite breakfast and lunch restaurants anywhere on the Strip.
The Perfect Bellagio Location
One of the things we love most about Sadelle’s is where it’s located.
It’s tucked right inside the beautiful Bellagio Hotel & Casino, just steps away from the world-famous Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens.
That means before or after breakfast, you can stroll through one of the most beautiful indoor gardens in Las Vegas—a tradition we never skip.
The atmosphere alone makes this restaurant feel special.
Relax, Slow Down & Enjoy
Las Vegas can be loud.
Fast.
Busy.
Sadelle’s is the opposite.
The restaurant has a bright, classic New York deli feel with upscale touches that somehow still feels comfortable.
It’s the perfect place to slow down, sip your coffee, and enjoy a relaxing meal before another day exploring the Strip.
What We Ordered
Like always…
We probably ordered more food than we needed.
But that’s part of the fun.
Nana enjoyed:
- The Vegas Omelet
- Crispy hash browns
- Fresh orange juice
- Coffee
Papa ordered:
- Western Omelet
- Plain bagel with cream cheese
- Fresh blueberries
- A mimosa
- Their famous sticky bun
And of course…
We couldn’t leave without ordering one of Sadelle’s famous Blueberry Pancakes for the table.
If you’ve never had them…
You’re missing out.
They’re fluffy, packed with blueberries, and easily one of the signature dishes at the restaurant.
Don’t Skip the Bacon
Here’s a little insider tip…
If you order a side of bacon, don’t expect two or three slices.
They bring you a huge pile.
Seriously.
It’s enough to share.
Everything is generous here, from the portions to the presentation.
A Pro Tip Most Visitors Miss
Here’s something many visitors walk right past…
If you don’t want to wait for a table—or you’re hoping to catch a game—head over to the bar.
The bar serves the entire Sadelle’s menu, making it one of our favorite hidden spots inside Bellagio.
Great food.
Great drinks.
Sports on TV.
Less waiting.
That’s a Vegas win.
